Online Therapy Groups For Women in Pennsylvania, Delaware & Virginia
Real Support, Real Community, Real Growth
At AWA Counseling Services, we believe in the power of shared healing. Our group therapy for women offers a supportive, inclusive space where you can connect with others, grow, and heal together.
What is Group Therapy?
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy where one or more therapists work with several clients at the same time. It offers a supportive environment where participants can
Share experiences
Gain insights from others
Receive compassionate feedback from both peers and a trained therapist
Whether you're working through anxiety, life transitions, or emotional healing, group counseling can help you feel less alone and more empowered in your journey.
Our Approach to Group Therapy
At AWA, we believe every person is the expert of their own experience. Our group therapy sessions are collaborative and rooted in shared healing—where insight and connection are co-created.
Facilitators act as compassionate guides, helping participants feel safe, seen, and empowered to show up authentically. When that happens, trust deepens, breakthroughs emerge, and collective healing unfolds. In every therapy group, you’ll find support, community, and space for meaningful transformation.
