Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a common and well-supported treatment for many types of mental health issues. The theory is based on the idea that a person's thoughts influence their feelings. CBT treatment usually involves efforts to change thinking patterns.

Trauma Focused

Trauma informed care encompasses creating a safe, caring, inclusive environment for clients. Trauma focused care seeks to understand the real impact of trauma across the lifespan and​ incorporates knowledge about victimization while avoiding re-traumatization.

Online Therapy

As a 100% tele-health practice, it is important that I provide quality therapy online. I am trained in the use of technology to provide mental health care. Taking into account professionalism. technology, legal and ethical compliance and crisis management ​ I am a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider (BC-TMH) through the Center for Credential and Education.
