Greetings, I am Latoya. I’m a pre-licensed therapist who believes in therapy as a collaborative and nonjudgmental space. I create room for exploring deeper meaning and fostering growth and clarity. My approach weaves in support, psychoeducation, and fresh perspectives—encouraging insight, self-truths, and empowered decision-making.

I work with teens who are exploring complex identity questions while navigating the ever-changing dynamics of their family home. For those seeking self-discovery or aiming to build positive self-esteem and self-regard, we create a collaborative space to grow and reflect. Together, we balance meaningful work with humor and intention, making room for both depth and lightness in the process.

When I’m not in session, you may find me scoping out a good coffee shop, caring for my plants, or in the trees/woods.

Latoya obtained her Masters degree in Counseling from Arcadia University. She is a Pre-Licensed Counselor, under the supervision of Adara W. Anderson, LPC
